Follow-Up Statement
Follow-Up Statement
Clarifications & What’s Next
Following our recent announcement regarding unauthorised actions by former staff, we are issuing this follow-up to address continued confusion caused by public claims and communications from individuals no longer affiliated with The Holy Art.
🛑 Clarifying Misinformation
Certain individuals — formerly part of The Holy Art team — are now promoting a separate initiative and suggesting they voluntarily transitioned to a new gallery project. They have also continued to send newsletters and open calls using data and platforms that originated within The Holy Art infrastructure.
To clarify:
These individuals did not leave on mutually agreed terms
Their continued use of The Holy Art’s brand, artist lists, and digital assets is unauthorised
These actions are the subject of ongoing legal proceedings involving breach of trust and misuse of company resources
🔎 What You Need to Know About ‘‘Global Art Curators’’, ‘‘Arrival Gallery, “Art Seen” and “ArtWave TV”
We are aware that the same individuals are now promoting the above as separate gallery platforms. While we acknowledge their right to launch independent initiatives, it is important to clarify that these projects were developed during the period of their employment at The Holy Art and bear significant resemblance to internal concepts, branding, and formats created within our organisation.
These platforms are not affiliated with The Holy Art, and we are currently reviewing the matter with our legal team to ensure the protection of our intellectual property and community trust.
🔒 Clarity & Commitment to Our Community
We understand that recent developments may have created uncertainty. Please know that The Holy Art is fully operational and that all upcoming exhibitions — including London, Los Angeles, and Tokyo and so on — are moving forward as scheduled under the leadership of Evelyn Tsekoura and Angelo Tsekouras.
If you have submitted work or booked an exhibition with us, your participation is confirmed unless otherwise stated through our official channels. In the unlikely case of a cancellation, we will issue full credits or refunds, in accordance with our policy.

🎨 You can still take part by applying through our current open calls, which remain active and open for submissions.
