Where Can Artists Exhibit Their Work in Athens, Greece?

The easiest way to show your work in Athens is a group exhibition with an open call: you apply online for free and only pay if your work is selected. Athens Open Art by The Holy Art is open to artists from any country, emerging or established, in any medium.

When and where. Athens Open Art runs from 4 to 6 December 2026 at Normanou 3, 105 55 Athens, between Monastiraki and the Acropolis. It is a long white room where the work hangs in a single line down the main wall, a clean space for framed and textile work.

What you can show. Any theme and any medium: painting, photography, illustration, printmaking, textile, sculpture, digital art and video. Physical works of any size hang on the wall and must arrive framed. Digital works play on screens, so you do not need to ship anything.

How much it costs. Applying is free. If you are selected, a spot on the wall is £130 for 1 work or £220 for 2, any size. A spot on the screen is £65, £100 or £120 for 1, 2 or 3 works. Prices include VAT.

How to apply. Fill in the form on the Athens Open Art page with images of your work. We review submissions as they arrive and spots are limited.
